ROLE

We are looking for creative, strategic, and execution-obsessed Events and Brand Experience Manager to join our Marketing team. You’ll lead the charge on crafting impactful, memorable experiences—both IRL and online—that bring our brand to life and support core business goals such as user growth, lead generation, brand awareness.

You’re part strategist, part producer—with strong project management skills and an eye for delivering experiences and campaigns that make people love our brands and become our customers. You will work across both brands, 0x and Matcha.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IRL and virtual brand experiences—from major conferences and side events to livestreams and digital activations.

  • Deliver high-impact, creative experiences that drive growth, reinforce brand positioning, and make 0x and Matcha stand out in a crowded Web3 ecosystem.

  • Own project management and logistics for events and activations—including budgeting, vendor and speaker coordination, sponsorships, and post-event analysis.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Product, BD, and Marketing to support integrated campaigns, product launches, and strategic brand initiatives.

  • Track and report impact across brand, growth, and performance metrics—tying each initiative to business goals like reach, engagement, and acquisition.

How you will measure results

You’ll be responsible for tracking and reporting the impact of each initiative, which include but are not limited to:

  • Top-of-Funnel: Web traffic, social reach, impressions, and brand engagement during key moments.

  • Mid-Funnel: Lead generation metrics (MQLs, conversion rates), campaign attribution, and pipeline influence.

  • Bottom-of-Funnel: Customer acquisition (new users, active traders), revenue impact, and deals driven by marketing.

  • Efficiency: Cost-per-lead, cost-per-user/trader, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Not every initiative will be ROAS-positive, and that’s okay—you’ll help define what success looks like across brand and performance goals.

REQUIREMENTS - Who You Are

  • Web3-native and adaptable, with a deep understanding of the space and ability to operate confidently in fast-paced, remote-first environments.

  • 4+ years in event marketing, brand experience, or experiential marketing—ideally in Web3, tech, or startups, with a strong grasp of audience engagement and brand strategy.

  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact events and activations tied to measurable outcomes like growth, lead gen, and brand awareness.

  • Experienced representing brands at major industry events, with sharp project management skills and the ability to execute smoothly, on time and on budget.

  • Skilled in vendor management, sponsorships, and contract negotiations, with a keen eye for aligning partnerships to brand and business goals.

PREFERRED

  • Experience running events internationally, with focus in Asia.

  • Background in developing or managing branded merchandise and a brand’s online store.
