The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing & Sales Operations Manager to take ownership of the tools, processes, and reporting infrastructure that power our go-to-market engine. You’ll play a critical role in making our GTM systems smarter, faster, and more scalable.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on execution, optimization, and enablement. You’ll work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to make sure our campaigns are seamless, our data is clean, and our insights are actionable. This remote role can be completed from anywhere in the United States, but eligibility to work in the US is required. In addition, occasional travel for and participation in full-company in-person all-hands events up to 4 times a year is mandatory.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and optimize our CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and their integrations and automations with each other and the rest of our tech stack.
  • Drive clean lead routing, lifecycle management, and attribution reporting across platforms
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards to track funnel performance, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
  • Use API tools like Zapier to automate workflows, connect systems, and reduce manual ops work
  • QA and support technical execution for emails, webinars, and events
  • Proactively recommend and implement improvements to tools, data processes, and campaign operations
  • Partner with department heads to ensure the marketing & sales tech stack is aligned to business needs and scalable for growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of marketing operations experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Required: Strong experience with Salesforce, including how it connects with marketing systems
  • Required: Familiarity with API tools such as Zapier or similar platforms
  • Deep experience with HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and campaign execution
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort in Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and energized by building efficient systems
  • Interest in AI and how it’s transforming marketing, sales, and GTM processes
  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Revenue Hero, RB2B, or similar GTM technologies
