Your mission

As a Senior Specialist, Business Development & Partnerships at Bitpanda, you will drive strategic initiatives to foster growth and enhance our market presence. Leveraging your extensive crypto knowledge and network, you will identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships, particularly focusing on Bitpanda Spotlight and collaborations with crypto projects. Your role will be pivotal in expanding Bitpanda's ecosystem and ensuring long-term success in the dynamic world of digital assets.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage partnerships between Bitpanda and crypto projects, including Bitpanda Spotlight partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, potential partners, and stakeholder
  • Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end process of forming strategic partnerships and alliances.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives and product offerings.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, ensuring they deliver against defined business objectives and KPIs.
  • Represent Bitpanda at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and establish new connections.

Who you are

  • Over 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field, preferably within the crypto or fintech industry.
  • Strong network and relationships within the crypto and digital assets community.
  • In-depth understanding of the crypto industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing strategic partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English communication.
