Your Mission
As an Accounting Specialist, you will be a key member of our expert accounting team, overseeing daily financial operations for our HQ and subsidiaries. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of accounting activities in a dynamic fintech environment. You’ll take ownership of critical accounting transactions while driving process improvements and contributing to impactful projects focused on data accuracy and financial efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping across various accounting tasks
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions, including accounts receivable/payable, cash management, bank postings, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including consolidated reports
- Collaborate on projects to enhance data quality and optimise financial processes
Who You Are
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Solid knowledge of Austrian GAAP; IFRS exposure is a plus
- Hands-on experience in invoice processing and expense claim management
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred)
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is an advantage
