Description

The VP Marketing will be responsible to drive Foretellix's position as the market leader in Verification & for Automated Driving Systems and .

The role requires you to take charge of the company’s marketing team, handle strategic corporate marketing, product marketing, marcom and marketing budgets, while working closely with the sales & BD team to help them achieve the company’s business goals.

The position reports to the CEO and will require close work with internal functions such as senior management, sales team and product management and externally with customers, partners as well as with regulation & standardization bodies.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Sales & BD team to drive business: Business models, sales collaterals, case studies, SWOT analysis, etc.
  • Refining and delivering, together with the relevant teams, all collaterals for Sales, product marketing, application engineering, standardization and regulation.
  • Developing key product level messages, value propositions, USP’s and competitive advantages vs. competitors and in-house solutions.
  • Tailoring key messages and details for different segments and customer types, and developing tailored presentations and scripts to enable management, sales and business development to effectively communicate to these different segments and customer types.
  • Overall responsibility for the Foretellix brand, brand positioning, brand awareness and ensuring we are perceived as the go-to company in our field.
  • Managing a team of internal employees and external agencies and contractors to promote Foretellix and its products in outbound marketing events and digital marketing activities, including conferences, social media, web site, webinars, etc.
  • Conducting market research, analyzing competitors and identifying industry trends. Implement new strategies based on findings.

Requirements

● At least 10 years leading a marketing department at a high-tech company

● At least 5 years leading marketing at a fast growing tech startup

● Proven experience in sales enablement, strategic marketing, go to market, and product promotion

● Proven experience with product led growth strategies and execution

● Proven experience in marketing for the industry

● Proven experience with high touch long sales cycles

● Hands on: able to create content strategy for marketing material from scratch including material of a deep technology product

● Superb marketing, analytical, and research skills

● Knowledge and practical experience with SEO, digital marketing tools, and related software.

● Strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate tasks and make difficult decisions.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Willingness to travel and work long hours

Advantages:

● Experience in Driving Systems –ADAS , AV etc.

● Master’s degree in business and / or marketing

● Experienced in Business Development of testing, simulation, or enterprise software

● Experienced with simulations, robotics, and similar

● Project-management experience and skills

● Experience with Hubspot or other CRMs

● An additional language as a fluent speaker.
