Position Overview: We are looking for a forward-thinking Product Validation Engineer who embraces modern engineering efficiencies. In this role, you will heavily leverage AI-driven tooling and automation assistants as a productivity engine to accelerate test creation, streamline data analysis, and maximize your day-to-day engineering output.

What will you do: Develop and maintain a cutting-edge validation framework and content to ensure the safety and reliability of a revolutionary system for qualifying autonomous vehicles.

· Utilize AI-assisted coding and productivity tools to analyse complex issues, automate repetitive workflows, and optimize testing cycles.

· Own the execution of validation content and analysis

· Work closely with the R&D group to bring a user-experience and customer perspective into the development lifecycle, championing testability and product excellence.

· 1–3 years of experience as a Software, Product Validation (PV), or QA Engineer.

· BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

· Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash/Shell) working within a Linux environment.

· Enthusiastic about adopting modern AI-driven developer tools and productivity assistants to boost work speed and quality.

· Highly motivated, proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and fluency in English (verbal and written).

Advantages:

· Experience in the Automotive industry, specifically with Autonomous Vehicles (AV) or ADAS, or Robotic systems.

· Proficient with Agentic AI
