About the Job:
Join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Partner and help us grow by hiring the best people across our core business areas.
We’re looking for someone passionate about recruiting, skilled in conducting meaningful interviews, and driven by data, innovation, and results.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Build strong hiring pipelines for R&D and product teams, while supporting hiring for additional departments.
- Skilled at sourcing across multiple channels (LinkedIn, events, referrals, etc.).
- Own candidate experience, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness throughout the process.
- Manage the Comeet ATS platform, job postings, user access, and reporting.
- Monitor and manage the recruitment budget.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to improve recruitment effectiveness
- Initiate and lead improvements in recruitment processes and strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Studies, Business, or other related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting
- Experience in tech companies is a must, Cyber - a big plus
- Solid understanding of the technical nuances and intricacies involved in recruiting for R&D roles.
- Proven expertise in various recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, and innovative sourcing tools.
- Professional English - speaking and writing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A can-do attitude combined with a systematic and organized approach to tasks
