LinkSquares has an incredible opportunity for a Services Consultant to join the growing Services Team at one of the premier companies in the legal tech space. The successful candidate will be a core member of a growing team and will guide and support customers through technology adoption and transformation. We’ve built an end-to-end AI-powered Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) SaaS product suite used by some of the world's most prominent companies (Fitbit, Igloo, DraftKings, Cogito, and even the Boston Celtics).

Contracts are the lifeblood of business and power everything from revenue, obligations, financing activities, and reporting. At LinkSquares, our AI-powered, end-to-end contract management and analytics platform takes the manual, time-consuming, tedious tasks out of the contracting process. Responsibilities:

  • Lead customers’ professional services projects, providing support and guidance to help customers achieve best practice outcomes.
  • Partner with customers to identify, scope and prioritize service project deliverables and timelines.
  • Create and maintain services playbook documentation to ensure alignment and accurate results from services project delivery.
  • Configure and maintain LinkSquares software applications in a customer supportive and enabling manner.
  • Perform, manage and coordinate multiple customer services tasks and engagements simultaneously balancing one-time and recurring activities.
  • Adapt to customer needs through creative problem solving and a thorough knowledge of how LinkSquares systems work.
  • Keep customers up-to-date on service delivery with status reports and status meetings; Facilitate touch points in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the LinkSquares account team to ensure a great customer experience across functions and through the customer lifecycle.
  • Provide services in both onsite and remote capacities based on the needs of the customer.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience reviewing and managing contracts; ideally utilizing CLM software
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in a customer facing role either as a Consultant, Attorney, Paralegal, or Legal Operations Manager.
  • Experience managing and building workflows using a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution like LinkSquares, Ironclad, Evisort or another comparable CLM system
  • Proficient at using technology in a business environment
  • A team player who is accountable and does what it takes to ensure successful outcomes
  • Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • This is a hybrid in-office role working out of our Boston office
