LinkSquares is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team!

In this role, you will focus on our CLM solution, serving as a subject matter expert on your product line. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll own messaging & positioning, content, enablement, and feature release while collaborating with teams inside and outside of marketing to execute new feature launches, drive upsell and adoption campaigns and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Own all product marketing activities for our pre-signature and integrations products
  • Build a strong understanding of your product line, translating technical information into clear and compelling product positioning and messaging
  • Lead marketing efforts for new product or feature launches, creating the GTM strategy, coordinating with the marketing team to announce, and partnering with with enablement team to educate internal teams
  • Write and create impactful marketing and sales assets, including product overviews, blog posts, demo videos, webinars, presentations, in-app guides, and more
  • Create and execute on customer marketing strategies to drive demand, working closely with the demand generation team to build a target audience, campaign plan, and marketing assets. Track and report on performance.
  • Support onboarding initiatives, creating self-serve materials in-app and in the LinkSquares Academy to educate customers and drive adoption
  • Conduct market and competitive research to refine messaging and maintain internal competitive guides
  • Understand the use cases and benefits of your products for different personas and verticals, translating that into relevant messaging and assets

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Product Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience executing a variety of product marketing functions including product enablement, storytelling, collateral development, feature release communications and more
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise messaging for non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communications
  • Has experience developing cross-functional partnerships - particularly with product, sales and customer success teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in an agile and deadline-driven environment
