LinkSquares is looking for a Manager of Services to lead a team within our Operations function. In collaboration & partnership with Sales and Customer Success, you will be responsible for the following:

Manager Responsibilities:

  • Managing a blended Services team consisting of Integrations Specialists, Implementation Consultants, Back-end Systems Specialists (Contract Specialists), and Project Managers.
  • Accountable for the timely delivery and execution of Services projects. Project types include but are not limited to integration setups, customer onboarding, and professional services delivery.
  • Ongoing process evaluation and providing recommendations; oftentimes strategic with cross-functional impact.
  • Reporting and analysis on key performance metrics with an expectation of driving development recommendations.
  • Support the development of training program(s), maintenance of internal documentation, and onboarding of new hires accordingly.

Manage a team that is responsible for:

  • Interfacing with external clients to gather project requirements for successful Services team execution and delivery.
  • Consulting on and delivering successful (and sometimes complex) integration projects across various systems.
  • Configuring customer accounts while providing recommendations on best practices and delivering concurrent Admin training.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and various deadlines while delivering a standard customer experience.
  • Driving change management process to enable strong customer adoption of the LinkSquares tool.
  • Consistent and timely project feedback and updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration across Operations team functions, spanning Integrations, Services, Onboarding, Project Management, Support, Analytics, and Legal Engineering.
  • Providing product feedback to appropriate internal teams.

Requirements:

The right candidate will:

  • Have experience in delivering Services to customers (e.g. Implementation, Professional Services, Customer Experience, Support etc.).
  • Bring a strategic growth mindset and manage well through change.
  • Rely on experience and fast-paced judgment to plan and meet success metrics.
  • Be able to balance people management and project ownership tied to business initiatives.
  • Have systems experience; inclusive of tools like SFDC, Looker, and project management software.
  • Have the technical aptitude to manipulate spreadsheets and create presentations to summarize and readout key data trends.
  • Have a proficient understanding of APIs, CRMs, and other various integrations with the ability for high-level explanation surrounding the topics.
  • Manage the career path for continuous growth, both for individuals and across teams.
  • Be a quick learner, take direction well, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Have an eye toward attention to detail and overall operational excellence.
  • Have experience in managing a team in a rapidly changing environment.
