About the Company
Made’s mission is to help homeowners save time, money, and stress. It starts with Made Card - a credit card designed specifically for homeowners, with unmatched rewards on mortgage payments, home improvements, utilities, and essential purchases. Each swipe powers a personalized home management platform where users can manage home systems & appliances, stay ahead on upkeep, and get help - from AI-driven guidance to in-person services - exactly when they need it most. By bringing together financial tools, data, and trusted professionals, we give people more control, more savings, and more time to enjoy the place they call home.
We’re partnered with leading national players in the residential homeownership space - from mortgage lenders and servicers to real estate brokerages and home improvement providers - embedding Made into the key moments of the homeowner journey. These partnerships let us reach millions of households across the country and deliver meaningful benefits to homeowners.
Backed by top investors like Village Global, Jump Capital, Recharge Capital, and Soma Capital, our leadership team brings deep fintech, mortgage, and credit card experience from Ramp, Bain Capital, JP Morgan Chase, American Express, and Morgan Stanley. We’re building the financial and engagement platform for the next generation of homeowners - one that puts the homeowner at the center, and redefines what it means to feel at home.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to build and own Made’s marketing engine from the ground up. This role is highly execution-focused: you’ll run campaigns, experiment across channels, analyze performance, and refine messaging — while also laying the foundation for a marketing function that can scale.
This is a role for someone with experience who wants to stay hands-on but grow into a Head of Marketing role over time. If you’re hungry, scrappy, and excited to roll up your sleeves, this role gives you the chance to shape Made’s brand, voice, and acquisition strategy from the ground floor. Bonus if you can also create content yourself across social, blog, or video formats.
What You’ll Do
Brand & Positioning: Help refine Made’s brand voice, messaging, and identity; ensure consistency across channels and campaigns.
Partner Marketing: Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with national lenders, servicers, and home services partners (our primary distribution channel).
Paid Acquisition: Launch and manage campaigns across paid channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.); optimize CAC/ROAS, and experiment with emerging platforms.
Content & Organic Marketing: Partner with (and contribute to) content creation for social, blog, and other organic channels to amplify reach.
Campaign Execution: Build campaigns end-to-end — from ideation to copy to tracking and reporting.
Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics, run experiments, and continuously improve campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, partnerships, and ops to align marketing with product launches and partner activations.
Foundation Building: Help establish frameworks, tools, and processes for marketing that will scale as the team grows.
Ideal Background
4–6 years of marketing experience in growth, performance, or brand roles.
Proven ability to scale paid acquisition and/or co-marketing programs.
Hands-on experience managing campaigns, budgets, and performance metrics.
Strong copywriting, messaging, and storytelling instincts.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Bonus: ability to create content (writing, video, design, or social).
We welcome candidates with non-traditional backgrounds who can demonstrate strong marketing instincts and creativity.
We understand that not everyone comes from a traditional background. If you are a rockstar with a non-traditional path, we'd love to talk to you!
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, credit cards, real estate, or home services.
Familiarity with compliance-heavy or regulated marketing environments.
Prior experience working closely with design and content production.
Passion for credit cards, rewards, or homeownership-related products.
Why Join Made Now
You’ll be the first dedicated growth marketing hire at a company with national distribution already built in. This is a rare opportunity to be hands-on with campaigns while also laying the foundation for a function you could one day lead. If you want to grow into a Head of Marketing role, this role gives you the autonomy, visibility, and impact to do exactly that.
