About the Company

Made’s mission is to help homeowners save time, money, and stress. It starts with Made Card - a credit card designed specifically for homeowners, with unmatched rewards on mortgage payments, home improvements, utilities, and essential purchases. Each swipe powers a personalized home management platform where users can manage home systems & appliances, stay ahead on upkeep, and get help - from AI-driven guidance to in-person services - exactly when they need it most. By bringing together financial tools, data, and trusted professionals, we give people more control, more savings, and more time to enjoy the place they call home.

We’re partnered with leading national players in the residential homeownership space - from mortgage lenders and servicers to real estate brokerages and home improvement providers - embedding Made into the key moments of the homeowner journey. These partnerships let us reach millions of households across the country and deliver meaningful benefits to homeowners.

Backed by top investors like Village Global, Jump Capital, Recharge Capital, and Soma Capital, our leadership team brings deep fintech, mortgage, and credit card experience from Ramp, Bain Capital, JP Morgan Chase, American Express, and Morgan Stanley. We’re building the financial and engagement platform for the next generation of homeowners - one that puts the homeowner at the center, and redefines what it means to feel at home.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Partnership Implementation Lead to own the end-to-end execution of strategic partnerships with Made’s largest national partners. You’ll be the primary point of contact for senior partner stakeholders, manage complex implementation programs, and report directly to Made’s leadership team on partner progress, risks, and opportunities. This role is designed for someone who has successfully led enterprise client or partner onboarding, thrives at managing executive-level relationships, and wants to build scalable processes for partnership success.

What You’ll Do

  • Partnership Leadership: Own the full execution of partnership launches and ongoing programs with national lenders, servicers, and home service providers.

  • Executive Contact: Act as the primary day-to-day contact for senior partner stakeholders, building strong, trusted relationships.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive coordination across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to deliver on complex partner requirements.

  • Program Management: Develop and oversee detailed implementation timelines, track progress, and escalate issues to leadership.

  • Process Leadership: Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for onboarding and managing partnerships at scale.

  • Leadership Reporting: Provide regular updates to Made’s leadership team on partner performance, risks, and growth opportunities.

  • Continuous Improvement: Gather and synthesize feedback from partners and internal teams to refine processes and strengthen collaboration.

  • Mentorship: Guide junior and mid-level team members, helping to build the foundation for a partnerships function that scales with the company.

Ideal Background

  • 7–10+ years of experience in partnership management, client success, or implementation at a high-growth company.

  • Proven track record of leading enterprise partner implementations or complex client onboarding.

  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes relationships simultaneously.

  • Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong cross-functional experience working with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.

  • Comfortable presenting to internal leadership and external executives.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, real estate, mortgage, or home services.

  • Familiarity with regulated industries and compliance-heavy environments.

  • Experience scaling partnership processes in early- or mid-stage startups.

  • Background in consulting, client services, or enterprise sales support.

  • Personal passion for credit cards, rewards, or homeownership.
