Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical teams and drive the innovation that defines NeonLabs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-level programming languages such as C, C++, and Rust, combined with extensive experience in developing complex systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and implement technical strategies that align with the company’s objectives and drive technological innovation.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse and high-performing technical team.
• Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive product development and innovation.
• Maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for their application within our projects.
• Engage with the wider tech community, representing NeonLabs at industry events and forums.
• Establish strong partnerships with external entities in both the Web2 and Web3 spaces.

Skills, Nice to Have and Strong Plus

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on low-level programming languages such as C, C++, and Rust.
• Proven track record in the development of complex, large-scale systems.
• Extensive experience in both Web2 and Web3 technologies, with a solid understanding of decentralized systems and blockchain.
• Previous experience in leadership roles within big corporations, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive technological initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable strategies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams towards achieving common goals.
