What you will do:

• Work with product management and product design on the industry’s best GenAI security products
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and develop data-driven recommendations to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and optimize operational efficiencies.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and industry developments that directly impact the product roadmap and support our go-to-market team's efforts in the field
• Process usage data to extract critical insights for product improvement
• Collaborate with R&D to bring our product vision to life, and directly impact our global enterprise customers
• Create a world-class user experience through intuitive, easy-to-understand documentation, video guides, release notes, and more

Requirements:

• Native English proficiency
• Excellent analytical skills, including quantitative data analysis
• Strong presentation abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Excel, spreadsheets, and data analysis software

Preferred Background:

• Programming experience
• Familiarity with API usage
• Experience working in startups
