  • Collaborate with external auditors and internal audit teams to ensure compliance with accounting, SOX and similar requirements; present findings and validate capitalization decisions during audit cycles
  • Challenge Engineering and Product teams on feature capitalization decisions with intellectual rigor, ensuring only qualifying features are capitalized and reducing errors in the process
  • Own the data governance and reporting infrastructure, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of capitalization reports and KPIs
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements (including leveraging AI solutions where applicable) to reduce manual effort for Engineering managers, Product managers, and Finance teams
  • Communicate complex financial and technical concepts across both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership and external auditors
  • Work with global teams, including US-based stakeholders. While this requires evening flexibility for time zone alignment, we offer significant schedule autonomy during CET hours in return.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

  • Track record of driving process improvements and implementing systems (including leveraging AI & automation) to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences
