We’re looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager to support and scale our Strategic Business Segment (SBS), partnering with high-value, growth-oriented brands across Amazon, Walmart, and emerging marketplaces. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and customer partnership—designed for someone who can operate with precision while building toward full ownership of enterprise relationships within the first six months.
You will play a critical role in enabling customer growth by supporting campaign strategy, operational excellence, and adoption of Teikametrics’ AI-powered platform.
Teikametrics is redefining eCommerce performance through its AI-powered, multi-marketplace optimization platform, helping brands unlock scalable, profitable growth across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok.
How You’ll Drive Impact
Support onboarding and activation of SBS customers by ensuring seamless integration of Amazon and Walmart accounts, establishing a strong foundation for long-term success.
Partner with Customer Success Managers to translate customer goals into structured campaign strategies, aligning to KPIs such as revenue growth, efficiency (ACOS/ROAS), and market share expansion.
Assist in rebuilding and optimizing campaign structures within the platform, ensuring alignment with best practices and long-term scalability.
Act as a key operational and analytical partner—monitoring performance, identifying trends, and surfacing actionable insights that drive measurable outcomes.
Deliver performance reporting and insights through dashboards and recurring business reviews, clearly connecting platform activity to customer results.
Support customer-facing conversations by reinforcing strategic recommendations, product adoption, and value realization.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Operations, Product, and Finance to ensure executional excellence.
WHO YOU ARE
2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or digital advertising, ideally within eCommerce or ad tech.
Foundational understanding of Amazon and Walmart advertising ecosystems, including campaign structure, keyword targeting, and performance metrics.
Strong analytical instincts—you’re comfortable interpreting performance data and translating it into clear, actionable recommendations.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities across a portfolio of customers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Clear and confident communicator, able to engage with both internal stakeholders and customer teams with credibility..
Motivated to grow into a fully strategic, customer-facing role with direct responsibility for retention, expansion, and long-term partnership success.
WHAT CAN HELP YOU STAND OUT
