This role is ideal for a data-driven operations professional who’s excited to dig into the numbers, uncover patterns, and connect analytics to broader marketing and business goals.
Marketing Performance & Attribution
Develop and manage marketing performance dashboards that track KPIs across campaigns, channels, website, and funnel stages.
Establish reliable attribution models that connect top-of-funnel awareness activities to pipeline and revenue.
Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing performance reporting to key stakeholders across the organization.
Collaborate with finance and GTM teams to align marketing metrics with sales and customer success metrics.
Campaign & Channel Optimization
Partner with demand generation and digital teams to analyze the performance of paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and content campaigns.
Identify opportunities to improve ROI, conversion rates, and engagement by analyzing user behavior and campaign outcomes.
Recommend A/B testing strategies and support the execution and analysis of results.
Funnel & Customer Journey Insights
- Monitor and report on full-funnel performance, from lead generation to conversion and retention.
Help identify friction points and drop-offs in the customer journey using tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
Provide data-backed recommendations for optimizing nurture flows, landing pages, and sales enablement.
Data Management & Tool Integration
Ensure clean, consistent data across analytics platforms, CRM, and marketing automation systems, focusing on data integrity in Hubspot and the connection to Salesforce.
Work with GTMOps to improve data tracking infrastructure and event tagging.
Evaluate new tools and technologies to support data collection, visualization, and analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with product marketing to align performance insights with messaging and positioning strategies.
Partner with revenue and product teams to support go-to-market launches with baseline metrics and post-launch performance analysis.
Contribute to board-level and exec-level reporting by providing accurate, impactful marketing data.
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or revenue operations (B2B SaaS or ecommerce is a strong plus).
5+ years experience as a super user of HubSpot and familiarity with Salesforce. Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms are also preferred.
Deep understanding of marketing funnels, attribution modeling, and campaign performance measurement.
Strong SQL skills and/or experience working with marketing databases is a big plus.
Strong communication skills — you can tell a compelling story with data.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
Bonus: Familiarity with the ecommerce ecosystem, including Amazon and Walmart marketplaces.
