We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to help manage the tech needs of our growing Málaga and existing London offices, which have around 60 people and is expected to expand even more next year! You’ll handle everything from procuring laptops and monitors, assisting in onboarding/offboarding, to troubleshooting tech issues and making sure everything runs smoothly, as well as supporting various IT and security projects. We’re an international team, and TradingView is a global leader in fintech, so there’s plenty of room to grow and take on more responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

You’ll handle everything from procuring laptops and monitors, assisting in onboarding / offboarding, to troubleshooting tech issues and making sure everything runs smoothly, as well as supporting various IT and security projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Procure and manage IT equipment (laptops, monitors, accessories)

- Keep track of inventory and maintain spare parts

- Coordinate with suppliers, the coworking space, and delivery services

- Install and configure workstations (Windows, macOS, Linux)

- Plan and meet IT needs as the team grows and new workstations are required

- Troubleshoot and solve day-to-day IT issues

- Document IT solutions and manage our knowledge base (Confluence, Jira)

- Participate in global IT projects, including user access management, IT security, and automation processes

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role

- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and basic networking

- Some experience with websites and web technologies

- Familiarity with documenting IT solutions (using tools like Confluence and Jira)

- Great troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable working with inventory and asset management

- Can work independently and take initiative

- Fluent English

Bonus Points:

- Russian and Spanish languages

- Experience with IT security and managing user permissions

- Knowledge of automation tools and scripts

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

Finance experience or knowledge of Trading

Knowledge of TradingView 😁
