We’re looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team in Tbilisi and play a key role in building, scaling, and maintaining a secure and reliable IT environment.
This is a hands-on technical position with high visibility, directly impacting infrastructure and internal processes across both the local team and the company as a whole.

Your mission: Make an impact 🎯

• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal IT services and systems at the team and company level.
• Play a key role in cross-functional IT infrastructure projects, ensuring their technical success and sustainability.
• Act as a second-line (L2) expert for escalated requests from junior IT engineers.
• Ensure network stability and connectivity between offices and cloud systems.
• Implement and support automation of systems and repetitive processes using tools such as Ansible and Jenkins.
• Maintain a high level of endpoint and infrastructure security.
• Collaborate with global IT, Security, and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to internal tooling, documentation, and operational improvements.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in a systems administrator or infrastructure engineering role.
• Proven experience with network configuration, VPNs, identity and access management, and endpoint protection.
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (e.g., JumpCloud, Hexnode, InTune).
• Experience with automation and configuration management tools like Ansible and Jenkins.
• Ability to work independently and take technical ownership within projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English. Russian is a plus.
• Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python, etc.).

• You have experience or knowledge of finance and trading.
