Your mission: Drive the recruitment process and attract top talent to TradingView

• Own the full recruitment cycle for multiple teams, from sourcing to hiring decisions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to find high-quality candidates
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and represent TradingView’s culture externally

How you’ll shape success 🏆

• Active search for IT specialists
• Conducting initial interviews with candidates and assessing soft skills
• Constant communication with team leaders (gathering requirements, agreeing on vacancies, collecting feedback)
• Organization and coordination of all stages of recruitment
• Supporting candidates at all stages of recruitment until the employment contract is signed
• Maintaining and updating the candidate database

What makes you the perfect fit 🤝

• Experience working in a product company
• 2+ years of IT recruitment experience
• Experience working with candidate databases and CRM systems

• You have experience with finance and trading, or knowledge of the industry.
